We currently don't have an engineer in your city. Your inspection will be served by our engineer from the nearest available location, and a travel expense will be charged in addition to the inspection fee.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that our inspection team gets prior permission to enter the society through the required security app.
If the app is not available or the customer does not have access to it, the customer must personally escort our inspection staff from the society gate to the unit.
Payment made against the quotation shall be deemed as the customer's acceptance of the quotation, scope of work, and all Terms & Conditions mentioned herein.
The customer must request any rescheduling of the inspection slot at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection time.
If the customer requests to reschedule less than 24 hours before the scheduled slot, the advance/paid amount will be treated as non-refundable.
If the customer requests to reschedule after our engineer has reached the inspection location, an additional ₹1,000 + GST will be charged as a visit/rescheduling charge.
The customer is required to be available at the scheduled date and time of inspection.
Our engineer will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes after the scheduled inspection time. If the customer is not available or the inspection cannot be conducted within this waiting period, the appointment will be considered a no-show.
In case of a no-show, the advance or any amount already paid will be non-refundable. Any subsequent visit or rescheduling will be subject to an additional ₹1,000 + GST visit/rescheduling charge.
The final inspection report will be shared within 24–48 working hours only after the full payment has been received.
Any video testimonial voluntarily shared by the customer may be used by HousyPoint for marketing, social media, advertising, and other promotional purposes.
