1. Access to the Society

The customer is responsible for ensuring that our inspection team gets prior permission for entering the society using security app. If the app is not available or the customer does not have access to it, the customer must personally escort our inspection staff from the society gate to the unit.

2. Payment Terms

The total inspection amount is as per the quotation.
An advance payment must be made at the time of booking.
The remaining amount is payable on the day of inspection before the report is handed over.

3. No-Show Policy

If the customer is not available on the scheduled date and time of the inspection, the advance or paid amount will not be refunded under any condition.

4. Inspection Report Release

The final report will be shared only after the full payment has been received. The report usually takes 24-48 working hours to generate and may vary depending on the size of the property.

6. Super Area Variation

If the actual super area of the property is found to be different from what was mentioned at the time of booking, additional charges may apply based on the corrected super area measurement.
